About Steve Milone

Steve Milone is a trusted Realtor serving the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas, combining years of real estate expertise with a lifelong connection to the community he calls home. Before joining eXp Realty, Steve spent nearly four years with Keller Williams, consistently ranking among the top 10% of agents in his office. He began his career on one of the top-producing teams in his market center—an experience that honed his skills in marketing, negotiation, and seeing every home through the eyes of a buyer, seller, and even a home inspector.

After helping that team rise to Top 5 status, Steve launched his own group to elevate the client experience and deliver a more personalized, high-touch approach. Drawing from his background in advertising and marketing sales, where he worked closely with Realtors on their branding and strategy, he brings a unique edge to how he positions and sells homes.

A Georgia native, Steve grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Georgia Tech. He and his wife Erin live in Buford with their seven kids and are deeply involved in their church and local community. Having watched Metro Atlanta transform since the 1980s, Steve takes pride in guiding families through one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.
